WHAT MOS DOES

MOS keeps a compact current project record: decisions, task status, blockers, next actions and pointers to supporting evidence. Its instructions tell an AI session which record to read, how to distinguish current state from history, and when a meaningful change should be saved.

Example: a team cancels a paid signup widget and chooses an information-only page. A fresh session should continue the page's FAQ instead of suggesting the widget again. If the user deliberately reopens the decision, the record should preserve that change and the earlier reason.

This package tests that narrow behavior. It does not claim zero maintenance, cross-tool compatibility, guaranteed memory or safe simultaneous writes. The demo is a minimal illustration of selected MOS controls, not the complete MOS installation.
